By registering and paying the fee (the “Fee”) for the Career Change Kitchen™ (hereinafter, the “Course”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

 

  • Upon registration for the Course, you will receive a login (the “Login”).  Only one (1) user shall be permitted per Login.  You are prohibited from sharing your Login credentials with others. If you are found to be in violation of this restriction, we may terminate your enrollment in the Course and no refund of the Fee shall be provided.

 

  • The contents of the Course shall not be constituted as professional advice.  You understand and agree that  Course ownership, instructors, consultants and the platform which hosts the Course are not providing the services of a therapist, job placement agency or recruitment agency. 

 

  • The Fee is for the Course only and does not include any additional costs that you may choose to spend on your career change (e.g. resume writers, headhunters, advanced degrees or coursework)

 

  • You will get the most out of this Course by completing all assigned and suggested work and implementing the suggested strategies.  Reminder:  this Course will not by itself result in a new job or a new career but rather is designed to provide you with tools that will enable you to develop and implement an action plan to position you to achieve your desired outcome.

 

  • If student has chosen the Holy Hot Tamale Guacamole Package that includes 2 private sessions, the 2 sessions must be used by the end of the 45th day after purchasing the course.

 

  • Should you choose a payment plan, your credit card will remain on file until the second payment is received. You are responsible for both payments and failure to comply will result in termination of access to the course.

 

 

REFUND POLICY 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of the Course.  We also know that your satisfaction with the Course is directly correlated to giving it your all and using best efforts to applying all of the strategies the Course presents. With that said, wdo offer a full refund within sixty (60) days of your purchase of the Course if you qualify, meaning that you must submit proof that you completed the Course and the coursework but you do not believe it benefited you.  To receive a refund, please contact us at support@jillozovek.com and let us know you’d like a refund by the 60th day at 11:59pm EST. You must include your coursework with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 60th day, you will not be granted a refund. 


The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:

  • Requirement 1: Complete and attach the mindset work from Module 1 (all worksheets) and explain in detail how you worked to incorporate the Mindset tools into your career change efforts
  • Requirement 2: Complete and attach your Kick Butt Skillset exercise from Module 2 (All 4 steps must be complete, with examples, stories, bullet points and benefits)
  • Requirement 3: Clearly state the career paths you chose to explore (the end part of Module 2)
  • Requirement 4: Complete and attach your “Career Exploration Tools” from Module 3 as well as all notes from each of your informational interviews, networking meetings and other research. (Must have Minimum of 4 meetings)
  • Requirement 5: Attach your professional narrative from Module 4 and your work on translating your skills from your current field to your new field. 
  • Requirement 6: Tell us in detail why this course was not a good fit for you and your efforts to change careers. What did you expect that you did not get once inside the program?

We will NOT provide refunds more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the Fees for the Course regardless if you complete the Course
